Unfortunately I have aversion to asian rpg games but maybe I will give it a small try.
It is beautiful. It is interesting. It has wonderful characters. And it's a classic. A real classic of the genre from the creators of the jRPG genre, who manage to transfer all the classic elements of the series game after game and not spoil them. But it is looooooooooooooong.
If you have opportunity to try - do that without a doubt.

Welcome dude, I'm glad you came and I hope you stay with us here. And not only to give some games, but also to recieve something from this community.

I understand that you don't like The Elder Scrolls franchize but maybe you should try Fallout New Vegas. It's a great game and an amazing RPG, made by the original creators of old Fallout (Obsidian/Black Isle). If you're into modding, even better, you can make it look and feel much better than it is
I didn't mention Fallout because I neutral to it. I liked Fallout Tactics (not as rpg game) but didn't like Fallout 1/2/4. Are other parts worth trying?

Maybe I will give it a try but jRPG genre make it hard for me. I really want to check plot of many japanese games but their gameplay (mostly fights) for me is terrible.

I am looking for some good RPG game. For me the most important is plot, role play and I like 'From zero to hero' (no level scaling). What I love: Gothic, Risen, Elex, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Spellforce. What I don't like: Witcher, Dying Light, The Elder Scrolls. Do you have any interesting suggestions for a game for me?
Kingdom of Amalur re-reckoning maybe ? what you think about this kind of gameplay. Also Lewitas thank you for trying to gift me Last Dream, its thought that counts .

I was thinking about this game very seriously. Only thing made me postpone trying it. I read that this game doesn't emphasize plot and role play but is focusing on gameplay/fights. But I think that I will add it to "Observe List" (list of games, which looks interesting to me but required investigation).

It has a very smooth entry curve, the first 60 hours are very easy :) And if you played carefully, then further too. It was made with an eye to conquering the largest possible audience, including those not familiar with the genre, so you won’t have to suffer. I would say this: if there is a desire to try what the jRPG genre is in general in its classical sense, then this game will open and close this topic once and for all.

How about Shadowrun? It is turn-based, but you can jump into it easily.

For me 1, 2 and New Vegas are the best (all developed by Obsidian/Black Isle). I don't like The Bathesda ones that much (3 and 4), but they're still good and entertaining. The multiplayer (Fallout 76) I never tried, and probably never will, and Tactics I played just a liitle bit, maybe a few missions.
I still would recommend you New Vegas the most, you can play it as First-person or Third-person, the roll-play is great, multiple dialog options, multiple endings, super deep leveling system with a lot of options, interesting quests, open-world, non-linear, great-looking armors and weapons, superb soundtrack, and I can't stress this enough - MODS.
The last time I played it was when corona started, I finished 100% achievements on GOG, and I did it on the hard difficulty. It was a blast for me, I enjoyed it very much and I still remember it fondly. But, I guess it all depends on personal taste. Maybe watch a few reviews on youtube and decide for yourself.
RPGs are my favorite genre, but I played a lot of isometric stuff, I don't know if there is anything else to recommend, beside Dragon Age and Mass Effect that you've already played. Star Wars K.O.T.O.R. 1 & 2 are one of my favorites, it's third person but it's kinda old-school, with D&D leveling system, predecessor of Mass Effect, developed by Bioware (and the second one by Obsidian).

Have you played the Baldur's Gate games and Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2?

Additional possibilities: Divinity Original Sin 1&2, Pillars of Eternity 1&2, Jade Empire (Bioware game, but with action-based combat)

I have Shadowrun so I put it in 'To play' list. You really know how to convince people to play game. Great curves. :)

Looks interesting but there are chinese voices. It will be hard but probably I will give a try.

From them I will probably choose Jade Empire and Neverwinter.

Thank You all for recommendations. It will enough for some time. (atleast trying them)

I played Divinity the Original Sin and finished it 2 times, I love that game. Visually it wasn't that great, but gameplay is superb. Playing it was such a joy. The second one I played, but I never finished it and I liked it even more, because the gameplay stayed the same (if not better), but visually the game got 10 times better. I still don't own it, but I will buy it eventually, it's on top of my wishlist.
Larian Studios is one of my favorite developers right now, they are making Baldur's Gate 3... Baldur's Gate with Divinity gameplay, probably the best combination for RPG ever.

What you think about Bethesda games in general ?
I personally always thought that the quality of their world building is not followed by a quality in writting .
