From what I've come to learn, the creator is a programming student publishing a website for the first time - using Steam keys they've received from previous game bundles they bought (edit: hopefully this doesn't mean the giveaways could end if they run out of keys some day).
The website seems to also be registered in the Netherlands.

Can't log in from Firefox either , lets face it , Indiegala is the most "busted " store on the market . We all know that Indiegala has a tendency to randomly un- log us from the site , does this means next time I randomly get logged out I won't be able to come back . I can't believe that site that is regarded as a official third party seller has this many issues , it is absolutely mind numbing . I'm just waiting that one of these days my account gets deleted for no reason .....

I really hope that won't happen, this site gave me a lot of good memories.
