Can't log in from Firefox either , lets face it , Indiegala is the most "busted " store on the market . We all know that Indiegala has a tendency to randomly un- log us from the site , does this means next time I randomly get logged out I won't be able to come back . I can't believe that site that is regarded as a official third party seller has this many issues , it is absolutely mind numbing . I'm just waiting that one of these days my account gets deleted for no reason .....

it appened some times that i couldnt log in and i use firefox. the only way i manege to log in in indie gala was to clear cookies and cache in firefox.

I'm just waiting that one of these days my account gets deleted for no reason .....

Is there really such a possibility (because i have some very good games here from the freebies. It'll be horrible)? There were few times that i experience the problem with log in button but when it happens i just refresh the page. And then it works. I'm using Chrome browser only.

Something weird is happening with me and Indiegala , it all started earlier today when my gameplay giveaway page failed to load . After that I tried to relogin and nothing . I only managed to log on in Opera , but in Opera if I try to play challenge it just kicks me out and sends me back to main page mid challenge ....
I have no idea what to do ..
I'm starting to feel worried

This is extra strange even for ig standards..
There is nothing I can think of that could do this.. Especially the redirecting mid game. And I never understood why some browsers won't work..

I am logged in on forums on Chrome and on Firefox but can't acess library or challenges . On Opera I am logged in on challenges and library but it kick me out mid challenges . Like , I honestly dont know what to think of all this , I am writting this message from Chrome meanwhile I am still unable to acess my library .... idk what to say

try Microsoft Edge. you can also clear browser cache and history, and try after that

I tried clearing cache on every browser , same thing , edge works normally but the challenges page is blank , the blank page happens after initial loading screen ( the one with the knight ) .

than try to change your ip (for example log in from other computer) to be sure that you dont have problems with your account

yes they have, also use your phone's internet (not wifi)

The challenges on Firefox and Chrome won't load , on Opera it will load but it kicks me out ...
Its easy to connect 2+2 , I have been banned from challenges ....
I asked Paula but I don't expect response from her , what makes thing even worse I have considerable sum of galacredits , half of it is my money , part of me wants to delete my Indiegala account and never look back
I am so dissappointed

did you test your bandwidth ? This may cause those accidents

On phone indiegala everything works fine , challenges are loading I had captcha that I had to pass , library is loading, everything is fine... so this is an IP ban ?

did you use the same internet connection as in computer?

But now I am using my mobile data on my pc and still wont let me log in from chrome , so weird .....

try the same things on your phone, but use wifi internet connection(as in computer), if its work then you internet connection is ok. then just restart your computer. I don`t think that you have ip ban (rather indiegala would block your account than ip )

I am banned from challenges , no doubt about it , I just played from my phone and same story as on Opera , after 3 sec in game, it kick me back to main page .....
I think thats the issue , I can still acess my library or buy games ,but I can't play challenges anymore ...
I'm gonna ask Paula Directy about why am I banned from challenges .
