The reason was the wrong number. This is a problem because steamdb won't let me in and I'm not able to check it but thanks for clarifying.
Years ago, when I checked steamdb some games - especially free games - had the same steam ID and SUBID, that's why I tried it.
Maybe regional locking is causing this.
I'm guessing i'm ignored since I actually gave him the right package ID and thats entirely left out (and it did say something about US for the regional record)...but whatever, I won't bother trying to help in silence anymore.
I'm sick of the stupidity and games going on around here, people are getting more greedy, only care to help when it might make them look better...and the just declare everyone a problem when they refuse to confront it.
Btw kid, I sent you a message with BBCode to help you fix up your howto on finding member ids and remove the extra - in the URL there to block giveaways to avoid confusion for less savvy users...but I get that wasn't relevant or important enough since The "mega cheater" solomon who probably got you in the GA seemed to be your target in all that.

Doesn't look to good when you don't know howto write a howto without adding typos and being able to put a link in as plain text.

I was wrong and right, I never belonged here...because it was ever how it seemed.

I do want to add an irony to this, me an CTPAX were in a PM almost all of yesterday trying to come to some agreement that would diffuse this for the other users and make things right to fix all this'
I never did get a response from him that told me if he was willing to do what I thought needed to be done to end all this...but he at least tried harder than sitting in silence and blocking users who never even spoke his name.
Right now, i gotta give him more credit than most people here.
