That was what got me into programming, but I always lacked the artistic skills when I was doing it to make games and there were no free assets pretty much everywhere.
If I were to release one of my few older games I did finish, it would be free...likely here lol.
Actually haven't been doing much of it these days since I was mostly using Visual C++ and well...have you seen Windows 11?
My last project got scrapped almost entirely (personal use aside) after a mass amount of work, I'm planning to switch over to linux eventually...but it was based on avoiding Microsofts unrealistic amount of logs while doing its job.
That took the wind right out of my sails lately.
