I could try to replicate your character in another playthrough , unfortunately my character is almost bald and strength build . Your character (Vlad the Impaler , I presume ) is more of a dexterity build. That looks like a schmitar or like a falchion from dark souls , his secondary would probably be a pike

I don't know how the stats work in souls-like games, but from what I know from other RPG games - it would have to be the mix of strength and dexterity for wielding two weapons. Even the two-handed weapon classes benefit from dex. The only time when a warrior doesn't need dex is if it's a tank-based class with shield.
