I played this a million years ago on the 3DS without having played Lords of Shadow 1 and 2 before, so I didn't even get into the story. And considering that it was not a continuation of the main series, but a reboot, which I also did not know, it was a complete misunderstanding

I will definitely play it in the very near future.
