As a curiosity on Argentina instead of "gringo" we use more "yanqui" although if we are rigorous it would not be right since it refers to the north side in the War of Secession.

I'm aware of the masculine/feminine a and o, such as amiga/amigo (I actually usually say amigra, women find it funny lol)...chica is my go to word though :ROFLMAO:

The "Muchas" being feminine because of the gracias I did not know (although it makes sense now)...but I am aware that attitude and punctuation are much more heavily dependant in spanish since many words mean the same and some don't even have a spanish translation.

Mis mejores amigos aman, es desde puerto rico...so I get lessons every now and then when we find time to hang out heh--but its not often enough.

If the first part is plural (My friends), the second part must be plural too (they are)

Amo a mis mejores amigos, son desde puerto rico 👈 I love my best friends, they're from Puerto Rico (you can also put ellos son)

Desde means from, but so does de, I think there's a slight difference I might be able to explain.
De is if you were born there. He's from Mexico. (it's kind of like of Mexico, de also means of) as in you belong to it.
Desde is more like he sent me a letter from Mexico, and you could use it like:
El llega desde México 👈 He's coming here from Mexico (he arrives from Mexico) in this context he wasn't necessarily born there.
Desde is when it's from one location, but it's going to, traveling to, or being broadcast into another location.
