I don't think it's like a game or something important at all judging from the name of other channel redemption.
Such as: random moan, Growl, compliment, degrade....
Maybe Bad girl/boy & good girl/ boy are like shame kink or praise fetish or something?

All I can see is the media portion which is chopped so without the whole link I can't test, but you can simply try to post the link or you can do this for just a link in text
