I know they're free and all but I had so many problems with the launcher. I also had some controller problems, some lag, and almost no games would play offline. Which was a huge problem since I didn't have internet at my old house (I lived there for almost 4 years!). Only just got internet three months ago, before that I had to launch the games using a hotspot and then disconnect after launch. It was not ideal at all!
