You get the old (Legacy) version, it's no longer sold, they only sell the "Fresh Bites" HD remaster of the same game.

I remember how I was waiting for this game for 3DS, but after the announcement at the system launch, it was less and less often in the news until the game was quietly canceled at all. And, it turns out that it came out, and even had a remaster
