See above answer, You need to buy multiple fragments of the same kind and they should work in theory for Twitch, but we don't know as no one has tried it before. I hope you got the artifact for 1 ARP, as that's a sweet deal and they will hike the price up after 24 hrs. The 100 ARP one in the marketplace can be bought later as you have time to get it and hopefully the price stays the same, but that one was put there for the Steam Quests and that's why I'm not sure if it will for Twitch or not. If it does that's great.

The one sold in the market is a pack of 10 fragments, it works for the Twitch artifact and is enough to upgrade it twice.

i asked about gifting and if i remember right he told me that it wasn't possible(maybe wrong) and he wouldn't recommend it,he do it like they're like 2 separates accounts, if a game is on better price there, he will only buy and play on that account.

i asked about gifting cause i thought would be good if i can get like a 300 reais game for 70 without the need to change accounts, and cause idk where or when i saw something about gifting friends for other countries that the game has an allowed % of difference between the value, but we can try with a cheaper game, i have some steamwallet funds so that we can try doing that.

i personally don't like having games that i play in more than one account, even if it is cheaper, only if the differente is like tooooooo much, like from 200 reais to 20 reais.

No, it's a 3.99 that was on sale for 0.39 and I missed it for 1 minute due to lag and other issues.. Now I'm annoyed and trying to see which country has it at that price and if they can gift it to me (obviously I'm buying something back etc)

I can tell you 100% it will not work, it will give an error. Steam did this to stop people taking advantage of cheaper prices, just like how you can't buy inventory gift anymore for most game. Same for turkey in case you see similar cheap price. But you can gift down (high price to low price) to your argentina friend. Im sure RETRO can confirm too.

Anyone knows how to run Project IGI on Windows 10? I have tried everything on YouTube and it still won't launch.

From everything I've gathered, this is my suggestion, run either IGI.exe or the emulator following these (whichever exe is loading the ISO)


Set compatibility mode to Window XP SP3 in file properties

Set always run as administrator (all users checkbox)

Set your GPU Control Panel to cap at 30 FPS and turn off V-Sync, running at 1920x1080 @60hz

Make sure you have a 32-bit version of DirectX 7 (suggest 32+64)

then do either A or B assuming an exe

Run program in C:\Program Files (x86)\Folder\path_to.exe (also right click exe and run as admin, windows can be stupid)

or

Run a command prompt as administrator and type this (file in same location)

START /B /I /AFFINITY 1 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Folder\path_to.exe"

That ^ runs the program off a single processor

Assuming your running from ISO burned to CD, I suggest using Alcohol 120 as it has all the correct formats for things such as PS2 and old Windows Protection, as well as using an 80 minute CD-Rom.



The second data track is usually one form of protection, as well as simple metadata which would take the place of " CD-Text"

Just some general idea from what i read and what usually works, if you emulating it may very well be the emu with the old game, and if your using an emulated drive to load the ISO that may be your problem as well.
