Our speech is very lazy so onya = good on you .. except for words we lengthen when we say it depending on how the word is being used.
If you like something then its.. mate. Or referring to a friend: mate. Disagree? maaayyyyyyyyte. Want someone's attention? Maaaayyyyyyyyte. :ROFLMAO:
Really really annoyed? then you spit the word out quick: MATE!

The "moite" version is generally how people from the eastern side of Oz pronounce it. There some hilarious vids on yt about the okka accent that I think I've linked in the past. ("okka" = aussie slang, tho I'm prolly using the term okka wrong here. The worst to understand, even tho Iive here, is farmers.. that's TRUE okka. omg they just say one sentence -it acutally just comes out as a sound! - and your brain has to separate syllables in to words like aaaaahhhhzittgaahhnmayT = how's it going, mate? Does my head in! 🤪)
(kinda like how that F word's meaning changes depending on context of the sentence, yanno?)

Funniest thing about this aussie word? I never say it in real life. It's just expected online 😁
hahha thanks for sharing those different slangs, it is so funny and interesting too.
I only had a problem with Scottish English - it's like you drink 5 or 6 beers and then take a big spoon of gravel in your mouth and try to talk...
haha
Moite is also the way irish people pronounce it :D
It is true, they spell some words with very closed vocal, for example Dublin becomes "Doblin".

Go into the ghetto, it just becomes dub-e

What is Dublin famous for?
Guinness (book of world records). Nothing beats a pint of Guinness and when it comes to the best places in the world to enjoy a pint of the black stuff
Addendum: They hold the world record lmao.
I rarely use it lately. Steam is much better for me)
Same, but I have enough games to make it worth having around, plus I foolishly bought FF7R on Epic before it hit Steam, my main reason for ever opening the launcher at all.

I refuse to do the same with Final Fantasy Origins until I know for a fact it will never hit Steam, so i'll be owning that game when its old

Honestly, never understood that childish animosity towards Epic. They lack in some departments (heavyweight launcher, achievements...), but, overall, I'm fine with them.
They are fixing it and adding features as well. Imo, the biggest feature its missing is forums
I don't like the epic launcher, it's quite slow)
For me, to initially launch them is the same shit.. After the initial launch, it's also the same.. Absolutely no difference in speed 🤷‍♀️

No

Forums are for forums...it needs full controller support. I have like 90 games wasting away over the fact, luckily FF7R actually has built in controller support (although it maps like button 1 button 2 etc and that STILL sucks.

All people 'usually' do on the Steam forums is bitch, and maybe drop a nude patch location lol.

On rare occasion there is actually a discussion about major crashes/glitches...and they generally accomplish nothing, but then again...Epic makes sure games actually play as far as I have seen lol.

but its mostly a free library compared to a paid library 🤷‍♂️
I admit, I haven't played much on Epic from their freebies BUT I have bought stuff for support and to play. Steam needs competition or we are fucked :D

Did our not_serpent delete all his fucking comments AGAIN? I see all the replies but nothing from them.
I haven't noticed but I also don't give a flying fuck.. A fly is more entertaining than him and nobody wants a fly :D

They are needed many times believe it or no :p

But yes, I haven't seen an unplayable game in Epic so far

Ok, in this regard your are absolutely 100% right, thank god for the gray market and other retailers at least...but point made.

I only noticed because my posts went in fucking reverse again, he's more irritating than a god damn fly and harder to get rid of.

Ask the guy with the wine glass, he looks like he has some class

I have actually gotten trophies from helping users get games running (yes, I do crawl out to help lol), I can't disagree...I just don't think its the MAIN missing feature, most people hate it for the same reason I do, we want to play our games with our comfortable setup...nobody wants a 3rd party tool to use a fucking gamepad.

Granted thats also on the devs, since they could add it in themselves.
But yes, I haven't seen an unplayable game in Epic so far
I really don't play enough to make that call because of...you guess it. Read above lol.
What the actual fuck?.
Encouraging (or chasing) cheaters? :ROFLMAO:

Either way, dumb as fuck.

My question is how you did that while typing too fast for me to keep up with replies

fucking cat.

I couldn't say as I never use a controller on the pc. But yeah, if my controller wasn't playing without random programs on the ps4, I would had returned it :p

Well I always used steam after my PS3, and thats actually the controllers I use, but they are generic with turbo (because of carpal tunnel), and I keep buying them, its not like I'm too cheap to replace them...they cost $100 off e-bay these days because you can't buy them in stores anymore

I have a newer one that works...but its just not comfortable in my hand, and considering my hands are always in risk of pain when I'm not...thats actually quite important to me as a gamer 🤷‍♂️

Likely that or what I said, I've never seen such madness either heh.

I want to bring this game to your attention :p

Quite the little gem, it's worth a few more sales and hopefully the dev will create more :D

A very good and cheap RPG Maker that's not the usual asset flip, nice story, nice gameplay, responsive dev, no bugs, can be finished in 1 evening and it's very entertaining (indeed not gory or counting on jumpscares)

My full review on it: Steam Community :: LuckyStrike1305 :: Review for Everdine - A Lost Girl's Tale

"Everdine is quite the little gem! The music, graphics and gameplay are very well made and enjoyable.
I fell in love with it from the opening sequence!
It's a typical "horror game" for RPG Maker with puzzles, gather stuff and run for your life. It isn't gory or relying on jump scares but the deaths were great and I hope I haven't missed any.
I haven't finished all endings but and from other reviews and discussions I can safely say I will be wanting more.. So I'm hoping for a dlc or another game in this world that will explain more. It is a finished product though and I'm glad I bought it. It's really good even though not very long!

On the "negative" side, I would add the lack of "always run" option (and entering shift would slow things down as there are very few instances where this is needed), a "skip dialogue" option after viewing it for the first time as some are right before some chase sequence (but again, not a major issue) and some way to point out to what we are missing or a hint as to how to unlock it.

All in all, I would suggest it to everyone as it's a great experience and a perfect example that RPM Maker games aren't only asset flips with zero creativity. The game has no bugs from what I saw. I'd like a stronger female lead as a woman myself but I still liked the girl and she definitely isn't weak.

I hope this game gets the recognition it deserves and has good sales, as so to see and more from the developer! Nice work! The pricetag is fair for the time it takes to complete the game and what it offers. One of the few small indie games I didn't wait on a heavy discount (I bought it at 25% off) and I don't regret a cent. Congratulations!

Edit: I just finished everything in the game and yes, it is like I predicted it.. I wish to know more!"

Well, while I like Guinness, I'd say Kilkenny beats it (but it's the same brewery so...) and Murphy's -if we're talking about Irish beers and ales. I'm a true connoisseur when it comes to beers, in my humble opinion. 😛

I prefer KB+mouse. For everything else, I'm using an Nvidia Shield gamepad.

I drank steel reserve (its iron stomach piss water) while I was an alcoholic, 'almost' as bad as it can get...and i still hate guinness :ROFLMAO:

They broke the world record for nasty in my honest opinion, an it aint humble at all

Getting pennies for reviews now?

Kidding, obviously from the review you feel its worth mentioning (y)

I can't even if i wanted to now, whole hand goes numb in about half an hour...I've been programming most of my life more than some people game at points, and I started learning young, stupid, and poor... before the realities of the damage it caused were common knowledge.

I used to type up files too large for notepad in VS on a basis just for something to do when I wasn't making anything particular, my hands are truly totally shot.
