It would be easier to just rewrite the word in Microsoft Word and replace the mistake, but...I'm an 1 in 1000 idiot, so I've used paint.net to actually manually edit the image itself

Not really, MS Word has the option called WordArt with some fancy artistic fonts and you can just edit the text itself to edit the "wordart" you've made)) Otherwise it can't do shit, it can't even change the angle (at least I've tried and haven't found how to do it) XDD
