@Pygmy Goat you wanted to know what kind of character I created with my old Code Vein save...I told you that got erased, but I just started a new game and made a new character.

Not much to anyones surprise I'm sure, I prefer a chick when I'm gonna have to stare at them the entire game

I remember now that I wanted to make my character look like the girl from the intro even when playing the demo, but its still f'kin impossible

If you pick any famous FPS franchise, you'll get 2 hrs of single-player and everything else are maps for multiplayer and 20 different ways of playing that multiplayer - and they expect you to pay that crap 75€ or more.
Yet...people do, by the population. An then idolize people who memorize the maps and pick tactical points like a real war with no risk 🤣

I'd love to see one of those streamers get dropped in a real combat zone and shit themselves because they didn't know the territory, waiting for that 'entrance' kill on themselves
hehe I tried Trainz 12 too and deleted the same day, I don't know why it didn't run very smooth on my pc, maybe it was bad optimized.
I loaded it up just because someone said it would run like shit, wasn't the case for me...although the initial load was a nightmare. But once it did, I couldn't get the train to move hahaha

Not much of a railroad fan, grabbed it for something to do with my old man, he loves them.

For me Armed Assault Cold War crisis/Operation Flashpoint gives a little bit understanding of how it is in a real combat zone. It was fantastic in 2001 when it was released. And i mean not battle understanding, but how easy it is to die :sneaky: .

I think there was an update to this today and the restriction was lifted. it might be open to all now.
Nice catch, it is (y)

This I'd actually like to play

For me its easy to die in any FPS, always thought I'd be a boss at those games because i like to shoot IRL, total opposite, hence my original comment.

If I got dropped in a war zone, I'd be jumping out of a tree with a rock to bludgeon someone to death for a gun and go gorilla warfare, "upgrading" my weapons all the way home :ROFLMAO:

Don't get me wrong, I don't think war is fun or a joke, but I'm a survivor...I'd have no problem mentally in that atmosphere, I see a gun and I'm not sure its friendly, I shoot first.

I'm still planing to use some emulation of this one)) Had pretty interesting games^^
I downloaded all of the games (cuz there are only like 11 or something like that) to use on my emulator a while back. Didn't try all of them yet, but I did try a few. They seem to play perfectly fine in 2D, but I imagine the 3D effect was a pretty important gimmick originally, since the games don't otherwise seem to be very deep gameplay-wise. It's kind of like playing some of the basic arcade-y NES and SNES games, but with a drastically reduced color palette.

That...was nicely put.

Multiversus made big money, so they are laughing to bank
"MultiVersus surpassed the likes of Elden Ring and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga"

And they are revoking it? OUCH!!!

looking so nice, artist is very gifted^^
It's a screenshot from 198X - just started playing it. That's why it's so nostalgic to me - the very first scenes are Final Fight hommage.
Hi silent_passenger, time to remember the old days 👴:

First one of my favorites, since I could finish it with a single coin:

I wanted to post more videos but the Forum allows up to 5 but I don't want to miss to mention other games like:
  • Final Fight
  • Cadillacs and Dinosaurs
  • The Punisher
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
  • Knights of the Round
  • Pit-Fighter
Now to return to the present ;).

Greetings.
Great games. I mentioned already Final Fight and Pit Fighter were among my favourites. And you'd always pick one character that sort of is just right for you - I always used the red guy in Final Fight... In fact, I think his name was Guy?
And Cato, the fastest of the three in Pit Fighter. I also played pretty much regularly Knights of the Round (Percival) and Sunset Riders (Mexican in pink). And when we're talking about Wild West games, I really loved Gun Smoke.
