its all about building a community and helping people out. it is not the first time I point out here.
I point out hundereds to here. Dante, Gammy etc. etc. its a good place to start and get all news and I learned from here a lot too.
As did I...still do every day.

I'll just leave it simple.

(y)

EDIT:

Idk if you wanna run around taking credit for sending Dante here though :ROFLMAO: (kidding)

I definitely appreciate the extra choices but would've liked it more if half of them weren't multiplayer co-op games. Let's hope there are more SP indies next month.
I think we, single players, are a dying breed.
Well your certainly not making any friends or rep, thats for sure...tell me, what was the offer for?

I'm curious at this point with all your crazy talk what people are rejecting? an whats 4 bucks on steam that you want.
And I don't even care about making friends or rep there, tbh. Not at this point.

I checked gg.deals prices of my games because that's a Holy Grail for those guys. So, CTPAX's Norega(Full Expansion) is one of the more valuable things being priced at 5,99$...

So, tell me, if we would trade for, let's say, The Smurfs - Mission Vileaf and I would offer you Autonauts, Cook, Serve, Delicious, Goat of Duty and Meow Express and some other guy would offer you Norega (Full Expansion), which offer would you accept? Because people on barter.vg would definitely pick the latter.

And those games I mentioned (all wishlisted) - that was my last offer for the same game (but a different user) that is 3,70€ right now on Steam. I can buy it, of course - but stupid ol' me was thinking people would like to save some money exchanging the games they want for the game I want... Yeah... Not on barter.vg.

I dont know anything about barter.vg but from the discussion so far I have the impression its a marketplace, not for getting games you plan on playing but games (ie keys) you want to sell for profit. ("You" being the general population, not directed at you specifically.)

Sounds like a place I'd steer clear from because I only want games I'd actually play. Forgive me if I've gotten the wrong end of the stick tho.

Sad fact.

I sincerely doubt that

But I get the point...Meow Express looks fun, goat of duty looks badass in cutscenes but I hate FPS so I'd probably choose neither tbh hahaha.

But you'll realize I checked the games for personal interest, not the prices which is probably your own state of mind...but alot of them trade one thing for another 'needed' thing in ANOTHER offer entirely, its cutthroat in that sense.

The hardcore traders will make 17 trades to satisfy a single trade for a game they really want, then you also have the sellers...thats been covered.

But generally they call it 'barter' for a reason, its a back and forth exchange until both parties are happy.

An I'm not trying to be an ass...but in this case somebody actually should--your rep there will (mostly) determine if people deal with you, bad rep looks like bad/invalid keys never replaced etc etc from a distance.

I'm not one to give a shit what anyone thinks of me obviously and I'd likely do the same, but you may want to try to gracefully decline offers on a general basis, else nobody will even look past your percentages and walk away 🤷‍♂️

Not remotely, they just happen to be there as well, hell they hang in gala too snagging keys for 'certain' games...which is actually pretty pathetic all things considered, they likely have more keys and cash for keys than any normal user here.

Barter is a place to trade games...but you have to take all the communities way of price judging and considering value into account or your certainly not going to accomplish much.

You may want to stay away for sanity sake unless you enjoy trading or really want a key for keys and not pay out of pocket...but don't get the wrong idea.

You have it half right, they're are alot of resellers there that will shark you, but it also has normal users--they're just insane too. I mean look at luck

If you mean Norega, I hope not :ROFLMAO:

what do people use them for though:unsure:
I think that particular keys main game is delisted* for starters...pax was just using them for gala leveling.

I doubt it would sell with how many GAs have been done here alone...forget where he got them for pennies I'm sure.
i can look at some of your trades and judge them if you.its going to be based on keyshops prices though using gg deals
I'd like an opinion from another trader we know

Whos crazy? whos crazy? :ROFLMAO:

Ya, but theres a reason nobody is selling it...its trash. Even pax knew this

Now imagine its 2.99 on steam, is worth maybe 0.60 cents at the grey market...and then you need someone actually willing to buy it. Price isn't everything, thats where barter is extremely useful, the amount wishlisted to the amount owned.

Of course, we should also take into account the games that you are interested in and that you offer. It can greatly change the perception of the site. But from my point of view, I'm looking for interesting ones for me, which I plan to play, it's not something very new and very hyped usually (let's leave aside my strange desire to collect all the games of the Sakura series, but I also play them little by little) but on average once every two days I manage to find and arrange an exchange. Just the day before yesterday I got The Day of Tentacle, yesterday I caught Signal From Tölva, and today I will write about The Last Express... Nice week.
Also an interesting observation - if someone writes a phrase like "make a counteroffer if you don't like mine" in their profile, then most likely they will never do it themselves, they will just silently refuse, although they will have a wagon from what you have in their wishlists. I met only two polite people who did what they asked others to do.

I assume you got the HB bundle then? Because I have the entire thing sitting around.
Friend being PAX, making giveaways - being me. :ROFLMAO:
Figured, I actually have a few up from a batch he gave me before I even moved (or right after)

EDIT:

Not Norega
