Also, when trying to upgrade an artifact, I get a messaging saying "This card has reached max level" even for artifacts at the lowest Rust level.
Am I doing this wrong?

You can see it only when you try to upgrade the artefact. So, Profile ->Artefacts Presentation Room.
And some artefacts are not upgradeable. I only have this one upgradeable artefact for Twitch vids.

Plateup! is expensive because it's a multiplayer co-op game. People getting extra copies for their friends drives up the price. And the fact that it's a very good game.
But I agree with you that Spiritrarer will probably not sell for less than a $1. I predict a low around $2-$3.

1 way to get your post count up really fast is to post small messages about AWA/Lootboy/Opquest/Etc. and it's even easier if somebody already said it, because now you don't have to find a Lootboy Code/AWA ARP info, you just copy/paste what someone else said (and rewrite it so it's not so obvious) also getting into arguments with a lot of back-and-forth helps too, but the reactions are better with Lootboy/AWA. If you have Flatout 4: Total Insanity, you didn't get it from the Complete Pack (Feudalife Steam Key) I won that a while ago in a Giveaway (using Silver) I only had the original Flatout, it unlocked the others on the store page, but Flatout 4: Total Insanity is sold separately, and I don't have it. You can tell which ones I own, they have that blue tag on the left (SteamDB Plugin). You got it from somewhere else, there are no Feudalife Steam Keys for that game. Just info, not arguing.
