I misread this the other day...that was actually my favorite way to take out entire bases from the shadows (and grind), I probably beat the entire game aside from the Mercs (Hunters, whatever) and some bosses entirely with poison and patience.
One of the main reasons I didn't like the 'new' style games was the removal of the one shit kill (obviously I'm far from alone on this) since I played Creed like an actual Assassin...my first dive into the series was the line-art PSP version, from there I ended up getting the first one with Altair on PS3 before it was packaged as a bonus game on one of the later games.
My love for the series goes back to the original mechanics of hide or die...fighting was a last resort (and a poor one in the original lol), the "run into a base full of enemies" and hack and slash through them didn't appeal to me...although I've done it just for a laugh.
Fire Arrows and Stealth were my characters basic design, in Odyssey I used the invisibility armor set till end game when I fought my sibling, and after recruiting them went back to using it along with having them come kill everything
But really I commented on this again in response to your
remark, have you seen the trailer for AC: Mirage?
It reminds me of a mix of the original games from Ezio to Unity from the trailer on the Ubisoft Site
I haven't been pumped for an Assassins Creed title since I heard about Origins...I hope its true to the trailer and they're not hiding Origin stats behind the video.
I hated Black Flags "filler" sailing across the sea to asset flipped locations and repeating the same loot missions over and over, I think the first island you land on in Black Flag was possibly the best location in the entire game, maybe because it couldn't feel like a clone yet...I have absolutely NO idea why people loved this game or wanted any part of it to ever be repeated in ANY game, forget Creed.
Now we have skull and bones, which is horrible at best...and thats being polite lol.
They may actually be bringing back 'real' Assassins Creed, if they do I will definitely jump onto that boat (pun-intended) as soon as the $150 price tag gets slashed from the size of a longsword to a hidden blade
I definitely recommend checking out the trailer if you haven't seen it yet, I ignored it as another bomb incoming until today...and I might have been mistaken.

I haven't said I'm not okay with friendship between sexes. I've said that 10 years gap is a meaningful (i.e. huge) thing to me and not just "mehh, so what". But I've seen so much pairs with this age gap so I can't think it's as meaningful when it comes to the relationships between sexes (i.e. dating, not all the other relationships).
In other words, if I'm talking to a person (no matter the sex) who's 10 years abow/below me for me that gap is a meaningful thing, but if/when I'm dating a person with the same gap it's pretty much a no brainer (i.e. "mehh, so what").
