Lately almost nothing important though, besides AWA seems to be changing Daily Quests to Weekly Quests (Or removing them), and the new Artifact today that people should have lowered their expectations, but still many had their hopes high...

And the Community Challenge that we might get it or not. Currently we're at 50%.

Well, at least we still can get our ARP by doing all the other suff (like mini-games, for example), 'cause it's still daily.

Guessing Steam is updating since I cant click your link. I get a "something went wrong" page with a confused purple creature lol.

EDIT: its working now and wow that was an interesting read. I didnt know that limited users cant use steam chat!

  • Participating in the Steam Market
  • Trading Steam Community items (trading cards, booster packs, gems, etc.)
  • Making your Steam profile visible to non-friends
  • Gaining Steam Profile Levels (Locked to level 0) and Trading Cards
So no, not even with friends. They state the reason for it:
In order to make it more difficult for these malicious users to spam, scam, and phish other users,
