I have absolutely no idea what it is...I found smaller ones and I thought it came from me at first too...but something that size, fucking impossible. Obviously with all the bug issues, I cleaned everything multiple times and I also just moved the printer stand I found it under, so I have absolutely no idea unless its a mold fungus.

There is...but sometimes they're in the landlords pocket to an extent...they'll cover for them for small issues, this one I don't think they'd be able to cover up, and like everywhere they have a boss and another organization watches over them...its just a fucking pain in the ass and what you can get accomplished is usually petty.

I have to do all the mold testing and shit myself because I can't rely on them to actually do their job properly.

I've decided its time to stop changing location every time a slum lord decides to ignore shit...legit. I'm gathering all the proof now. Money is an issue for proof that will be accepted in a courtroom....considering this fucking retard was dumb enough to just tell me he 'didn't have time' and never even stepped in my unit (I've never met him), he made it so I can go after him personally for endangering my health, negligence, etc. i can basically say he knew about all of it and rented it to me with no regards to my personal safety...I forget the legal term used for the offense as a landlord, but its about the same as trying to assault or kill someone by plainly ignoring dangerous situation.

I'm actually hiring a lawyer and i'm aiming for prison time...this silver spoon fed piece of shit thinks money is the answer to every problem and he can buy his way out of everything.

He didn't have time...well I spent six months in an unhealthy living hell with breathing issues and the possibility of an electrical fire his staff also ignored, maybe he should spend six months in a cell so he realizes that his actions affect lives, not just a bank account.

At the very least I can get all my rent back and likely make him gut the entire unit for the mold I know is there while I sit in a nice hotel all on his dime...but i'm gunning for personal charges so he suffers.

If it fucks me, such is life...I'm not letting this shit fly anymore.

Its illegal for a landlord to put a tenant in a knowingly dangerous or unhealthy situation, same as its illegal to attack people on the street and take their wallet...simplest way I can explain it.

There is a sanitary code for a reason...and its a landlords obligation to provide a decent living area at all times, but beyond that they also have laws that hold them accountable like any other situation where you would hurt someone, intentionally or accidentally, like killing someone in a car accident could be considered involuntary manslaughter and in cases where someone is under the influence or otherwise incapable/illegally driving they can even consider it a murder charger.

You kick someone these days and its considered shod foot which is just as bad as assault with a deadly weapon.

There are too many complicated scenarios to remember every law and term used these days...and I've never actually been flat out told to piss off so I actually never needed to learn the ones about just leaving you somewhere thats actually life threatening. I told him there was smoke filling my unit and I have an electrical box thats known to fail and light on fire (Stab-Lok), my electrician actually insisted I bring it up...they never even bother to take a peek, the humidity I'm realizing on a hot enough day can actually KILL you in a matter of hours, depending on other factors...as well as damage your liver and lungs etc etc yada yada...I'm planning on turning what would usually be a repair job into "he could have killed me", which is actually true...but I intend to make it look as bad as I possibly can. Considering he never once stepped inside, ignored everything that could have actually been severe, as well as the things that were...he basically hung himself for me I just need to play victim, and I intend to get a lawyer for this one even if I don't need one.

If your telling me thats the legal term...I thought thats what it was called (hence using the term "endangering"), but I'm thinking a little worse than that...more like 'this piece of trash tried to kill me on purpose".

I have zero remorse for this guy, he don't deserve it. I'm sure I'm not the first person he left to suffer, and if I don't do anything....I'm sure I won't be the last.

Its easy to see the difference between real generosity and sharing when its convenient to look like you are and gain. Alot of people do that...buts its transparent as all hell even if they think they're being slick.

There are a few users here that if they asked for something out of the blue I could afford I'd likely go buy them what they wanted out of pure respect, and even a few that are no longer around I still PM and offer things too if I found something they wanted.
