You can use imgur like you just did, but they need to be under a minute and MP4 format...or MPG renamed as MP4 worked for me lmao.

I usually use it for things recorded with my phone and thats it.

Those videos I made for pax I ran through two old editing programs I have and then renamed to MP4 since it said it couldn't upload MPEG. Pain in the ass for real.

Just use fucking youtube lol.
