The "away" in the URL would suggest that he's clicking away from that website (VK) and heading toward another website (Steam Store) you can even see "to=" in the URL, that's where he's being redirected to. I don't use VK, but some websites automatically do this when you post a link there, so if I upload a video on Youtube and in the description I post a link to Indiegala and you copy that link (Right Mouse/Copy Link), it'll probably say:

https://youtube.com/away.php?to=https://indiegala.com

All it means is that he found a link on VK, he did Right Mouse/Copy Link...Right Mouse/Paste.

yeah that was I meant, a similar thing happens when you are in the steam client and you click on external site link it gives something like this for example:
