He's the one trying to evict me, and since his case would come first no matter what I'm going to fight it at his own case, he's bringing himself to court and doesn't even know it (of course kicking you out of your home is a fucking speedy priority compared to his grand theft lol)

Here its considered a "counter-claim" saying I had the right to do what I did cause he's a bottom feeder basically, filled out the stupid form for the eviction I would have needed to anyways and just plan on bringing my case to that trial lol.

Speeds it up by a few months and does me a favor honestly.
