Blackthorne? 👈 Never heard of it, looks cool, I see it was also released for SNES, might be worth firing up the emulator for that one.
Another World 👈 I have the Steam Version (20th Anniversary Edition)
Heart of the Alien 👈 Interesting, I didn't know they made a sequel to Another World, but it was a Sega CD Exclusive, yikes my Sega Genesis owning friend (I had SNES) back in the day never got the CD add-on, just the 32X slot. I remember we used to talk about if he would buy one, around the time it was coming out he moved out of state and all these years later I found out the Sega CD add-on didn't sell well. We looked forward to playing Sonic CD, but never got the chance, not even sure if 32X or Sega CD are difficult to emulate compared to just 16X. 🤔

I still remember when Battle.net gave that away for free, I downloaded it and still have the files. :cool:
I played for just a little while and gave up (I was trying to configure it to work with Gamepad and DosBox I think).

Yeah, I barely played this on SNES back in the day, also on Genesis (at my friend's house) for just a little while, also I learned that Ninja Gaiden was different too. I played Ninja Gaiden somewhat recently and softlocked myself out of progressing further (my savegame was at a bossfight and I had low life IIRC) I ragequit. :D

"Eros Fantasy", a cash grab daily clicker I got hooked on lol. Its a fun time waster even though I hate the concept entirely of those games, I just refuse to give them a dime...been playing it lately alot because i'm usually only half paying attention and half doing paperwork heh.

It was made by Blizzard, by the way. There were ports for all current platforms, and it is also included in The Blizzard® Arcade Collection, which, of course, is an emulator in a nice cover.

The game emulates perfectly, and since it's short, it won't take long to get familiar with it.
Also: Heart of The Alien - Redux

And, by the way, there is another game that was made with a big aim on the hits of Delphine Software, called OnEscapee, it was released for the Amiga CD by a little-known Hungarian company. It was not possible to repeat the success, because the game is frankly worse, more difficult, and there are not enough game platforms. By the way, the game had free ports on PC and Android, but I can't find the official pages now, maybe something has changed in the company's policy, or the company itself is not doing very well now.

It's worth a try. The modern port (essentially an emulator again) has options to make the game easier. Although it is possible to get through it, the main thing to understand is that this is an early 90s game, and it will resist the fact that you play it. Has several sequels and remakes, all bad 👇

Sequel. Аccording to the devs should be forgotten.

Flashback 2 (2023, yay!). looking at the reviews, they will soon say that it should be forgotten.
