Ok, I've seen some lazy ass fucking ports in my time, but this is downright sad

I wonder if playstation is actually the villain and ran the game as a straight PC style or they really just did absolutely nothing when converting it.

Sometimes moving the cursor over the scrollbar zone makes it appear. Page up, Page down, arrow keys can do the scroll... sometimes!!
