Milestone 7 and Milestone 8, The Last one Done, Karthwolf Charger Mount and 5 Fragments Unlocked. Karthwolf Charger Mount can be found in the My rewards section on the left side of your profile in the Control Center. The Fragments and can be seen in the "My Rewards" section of your profile under "My Fragments" and can be found in My Profile -> Artifacts Presentation Room -> Select Artifact -> Upgrade -> Fragment Balance.

The Elder Scrolls Online Community Event will not expire till Apr 16th, and you can still get your Personal hours in and get the Rewards.

Just a question, do you need to partecipate actively playing the game? Because I just partecipate clicking but not running the game, I haven't got any reward, but I remember (I may be wrong) I always joined the event without playing the game and got community rewards.

Yes, you need to play - or at least leave it running in the background. That was the case in the last few Steam events and you can see on the Event page that requires a certain amount of hours to be played.
