I think I found what you're talking about, totally different game.
The Rising of the Shield Hero ReRise 👈 Mobile Game
It was released in Japan, I don't think it was even translated to English or made it's way here.
Also, to my original point, the $199.99 game ReRise is clearly an Asset Flip/Shovelware, there's no way Metallica gave them permission to use their song. You can try to prove otherwise, but no legitimate game costs exactly $199.99, they're all Asset Flips/Shovelware. I bet the song is only in the trailer, not the actual game. 🤔

BTW, Metallica has a history of suing people, if you read the article you could see why The Offspring would be a better choice (of music) to use in a Video Game trailer. 👍

I was thinking they used the name as a "cover" to get away with it for a short time...not the same game at all.

EDIT:

For the record, I'm embarrassed to be bringing my landlord to court...but he deserves it and it needs to be done.

I have never sued someone in all my life...and I hope to never sue someone again lol. I tried every means possible before taking it to court...I just wanted to escape my situation

I completely agree there, I just know its not for me. I have a ton of games I never would have even glanced at if it wasn't for gala. Actually fallout is one of them :LOL: due to the FPS tag.
