Did I mention the repairs are now law? If they don't do them they can get hit with fines of up to $10,000 or a warrant for their arrest

...but wait theres more, for a judge to grant an injunction is practically an almost guarantee that you'll win a real trial, because for that to be granted you need to break laws that endangers someones life or cause irreparable harm.

I was told I had a solid case today by a judge, and one of the lawyers i actually got advice from as free legal aid was like "good job" as I walked out of the courtroom.

It wasn't fun, but damn I feel good.
Now that's some good news finally.

You ain't whistling dixie (I've always wanted to use that saying haha)

Lawyer tried to reject the injunction and the judge shat on him, granted me all the important factors on it...he was practically laughing at the guy and just like your fucked dude :ROFLMAO:
That was the one saying I didn't know about.

So, will you stay there if they fix everything or you're still thinking about a camper?

really? wow, it was common in my parents days around here.

Fuck no...I'm gone as soon as possible, the reality is they let it decay for so long they CANT fix it unless they tear it apart with nobody living in it, and I'm aware of the fact. But if I can get some of the issues fixed, make it less horrible and put a thorn in his side plus a dent in his wallet for being a useless piece of shit...all while helping out the next person who might live here--I don't see why I shouldn't.

Now that he just had to insist it goes to trial, I can take him to the bank too...no more need to be nice.

Now we play for bank...he's buying my camper now

I feel ya...my only game artist at one point aside from my good friend was pretty much pure british, smoking fags and all...we use to get a huge laugh out of each others way of typing...mind you this was back on AOL in the early internet days and nobody adapted yet haha.

Ya, right past his house 🖕

Truth is...it wasn't free at all, it was money I never should have paid and scars I never wanted...its the only reason I can actually take his money. Morals and all, you know? But this mofo...he has asked for it in every way possible.
