Yes, you have to leave that page open. Launch the game on steam, then click that "Launch game" button on the AWA DBD Event page and you're good to go. After it's started, check from time to time on Steam if it's working/time adding up

The game on Steam, to make sire the play time is adding up, AWA checks periodically, so most likely you will not see the AWA counter go up. The AWA counter goes up slow, after the site updates.

I don't know, If it can be done on mobile as I never done it on mobile. I always go for PC as multiple things can be done at the same time, if you've got the spare time that is.

You will need Steam, the idler and AWA Page open for it to work on Mobile. But, I don't think you need Steam to be open for ASF, not sure though.

Well I clicked launch and nothing else happened so

I see no point in an idler, I can just run it on minimal settings myself and leave it in a corner lol.

Well I clicked launch and nothing else happened so

when i click "launch" it reload my idler window, and in certain case it also launch before that the steam app to accept some"EULA' or "TOS" (mp games)
