Why is only one fan on the GPU working?

Thats how it loads up, it won't turn all the fans on until the software loads in the OS. They don't expect you to be gaming in recovery mode...thats just normal. Might have something to do with me having 5 drives, but both of my EVGA 3090's have done that.

I'm actually pretty sure my 1070 only spun one fan before load too (also EVGA)

These were other GPUs.
If you type a query about the rotation of one fan into the Google search, then usually everyone talks about a GPU failure.
Usually, up to a certain temperature, the fans of modern GPUs do not rotate at all. Under load, they start to rotate and increase their speed depending on the temperature.

It is simple Telegram bot like a Telegram channel - you enter in it, then complete easy rules: join in 2 games news channels and take a key, then take new keys every 2 weeks or from refferals. I have 21 keys for ~2 hours. Today I did @ everyone ping at my 2 discord servers with 23K and 7K people and take ALL KEYS from this bot MUHAHAHAHA

As a result, I took more than 100 keys from him in a day
