If air only Noctua bro - it`s like Porshe in the cooler world

All good except RAM. You want RAM to be 6000MHz but with the lowest timings possible, CL32 or less (CL30 recommended).

No point going over 6000MHz on Zen 4 based systems as some parts inside a CPU cannot run at 1:1 with higher RAM speeds.

Besi nailed this on the head...all the other tech specs aside, 6000mhz is much more widely compatible for future upgrades.

This cooler is a bit smaller ad it doesn't cover RAM. Still a great performer, just a degree or two difference when compared to NH-D15.

You don't want to cover your RGB ram with an air cooler either, my liquid lines you don't really notice...but covering them with an air cooler is just a waste, plus taking them out is a nightmare.

Bottom line, cooler comes down to preference, the only MAJOR difference your going to see is liquid to air cooling. Air cooling has no life span unlike closed loop liquid which is good for a general of about 5 years, although you could probably push 7+ out of them, but its much better cooling. You could buy any air cooler besides 3rd party trash and be fine. Noctua is the way to go without color though. Else you could get a Corsair one to match your Dimm's

I would have avoided this and went with the Asus, my board survived for a long time but MSI has shit support...that was the last MSI purchase I ever intended to make. (they are sexy looking though)

Everything seems okay when checking specifications, but it might need a bios update.

This is my literal spite for AMD...what he means when he says that is you should check and download the BIOS update for the board BEFORE you do the upgrade or you might be out of luck after tearing your PC down. Unlike intel AMD sometimes requires an update and just won't load at all. Luckily these days you could probably download it from a cell phone or something...but just a heads up.
