I worked out why KCD2 kept crashing, if you choose one particular horse, the game will crash the second time you load a game, so need to alt+F4 and restart. You can save as often as you like, and nothing else seems affected.

Still annoying, so I went with a different one while also managing to pimp it out, and maintain top speed.

Got back into it... and was completely bored. I think I'll just take the sudden end where Hans gets ransomed and Henry goes home as my canon ending.

It took me a while to work out what the problem was because it doesn't happen right away. I looked it up, and found a Reddit post mentioning the same horse and the crashing. I wasn't sure if it was a mod conflict, or something else, so I had to remove everything, then do it again one at a time to isolate the cause.

There was another horse issue too. Two of the horses you get for free have perks that increase their stats. The problem is, if you change their gear, their stats change back down to what they were without the perk. So you need to make sure you're happy with their gear before you get the perk.

Also, the one I mentioned that makes the game crash, but only on the second time you load a save, if you examine another horse to compare stats, its stats were lower than in the character sheet. So I couldn't tell what its actual stats were. I didn't bother testing, but the crash issue made me just not want to use it, which is a shame since it had more overall stats than the one I ended up with. I also preferred the color. Also, not being able to have something makes me want it more.

Sorry just having some weird questions...

  1. Is Puzzle Together Jigsaw DLC a steam key or in-game code?
  2. Is Project F4E the Playtest or the old earlier full-game key?

If the above 2 questions answers are NO.
Then I'll take King's Bounty: Armored Princess if it's ok.
