True! Very true on what you've said! Especially when giving rewards you in some other ways unimaginable! Though now what I would do is to do those 0CVs giveaways here and those with value on Steamgifts as leveling there is still pretty important for better odds at winning something I'd say. But here leveling is pretty much.. Well.. Cheated so..

There was a time when I was thinking about leveling on SG and having greater chances to win something (also on IG), but for some time it does not matter to me anymore (you have greater chances OFC, as the participants are fewer, but after you pass lev 5 or 6 the number of additional GA is so small that it does not greatly change anything). What is a game-changer is the groups - there you can score big, as the participants are few... And this is why I still have to think about what to give where, as I'm in several small groups where monthly GA is obligatory, and few participants make that some GAs have no winners (they are picky or have the game already...) and you have to deliver something special.

@zoliv Rn I am in process of idling games for Steam Trading , most of them are from feudalife challenges , if there are some you are missing from your set , I would'n mind trading for something you don't need . I personally have a very little experience in trading so maybe I will need few tips from you .
Guys if you are making another group , count me in , as for Steam gifts I have no idea how it works , is it safe to use your account there ? My account is well above 100 $ so I am reluctant to log in with it .

And Yaromirro thank you for making these giveaways , people need distraction in these shitty times, and lets face it there is no better distraction than videogames . And since we are giving away , I have something for our legendary Eox 1 .

If you have a two-factor log-in procedure enabled with your phone serving as an authenticator and you're already logged into steam in your browser, I do not see how it could not be safe... But as Zolivv said, it's 100% legit, and I won there ~250 games, some of them very pricey (to mention only several of them - Frostpunk, Mortal Kombat XL, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, Middle-earth: Shadow of War, Hollow Knight, Desperados 3, CODE VEIN, Resident Evil 3, Darksiders Genesis, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Deaths Door, etc.)

Yep I can say that Steamgifts is pretty safe. You just plug your Steam token there. After joining the Unlucky group I actually started winning some! In fact my win count there is now better than my win count of 1 here

Also people there actually will message you if the key has issues for your giveaway (had a couple of contacts for my keys so far) unlike most people here who will throw a direct negative

Wow these games are 0 value!? That's some neat games there. It's true that those gifters decide to ignore value and give games someone else will appreciate.

But I think with most of what Indiegala gives it might be less appreciated if there are those 0CV games. So I will perhaps do 0CV Indiegala games on Indiegala to level up (for reasons I dunno since lately the giveaways are not so good anymore)

I may point to your interest such groups as CBNA, Ватиканъ, Anhänger des moppelversums... quite small groups, but with monthly mandatory. And you must take care of the won/given ratio (should be ~1)

I am still a long way to that level but I do have a bunch of Indiegala keys to give away (I seem to not have any new games from the challenge added for weeks..). I think I will try to level up to 5 or 6 as much as I can and then take things slower thereafter.

BTW! SteamGifts seems to have revised something and retrospectively transferred several games to the 0CV category, at least Ethan Meteor Hunter got there (both Regular and Deluxe and DLC separately), so check how much yours rating dropped (mine from 5.85 to 5.40)

Also Blood Knights, Mata Hari, Cargo! - The quest for gravity and Windforge. The 0 CV dates are all over the place but no giveaway resources seem to know about other mass giveaways for these games (like barter or r/freegamefindings). So Feudalife might be the reason. Hopefully not. If SG puts all Feudalife drops on the 0 CV list that will be rough for quite many people.

On Playing Appreciated I usually join GAs only for shorter easy to finish games, like point&click or adventure games.

If a winner has non-activated wins you can send support a ticket. They'll reply in a day or two. If they haven't been punished for it yet they'll get a suspension and your reroll request will be granted. If they already served their suspension support will let you know. In that case you'll have to send the key to the winner. Problem is that you can't know whether somebody was punished already or not so the system is quite wonky. If people were sending reroll requests for this reason all the time it could overwhelm the mods. I think you should only send a ticket if the infractions are recent or there are many of them.

Well technically for wins from the challenge it isn't exactly free since we have to spend our time and effort to win these keys. So cutting those from reduced to zero is pretty harsh.. Just because we don't technically "pay" for these games doesn't mean that it is widely available for everyone like say Steamworld Dig 2.. I see that some games given by the Hitsquadgodfather is also set as 0CV. There must be a volunteer that is lurking on Indiegala.. Now just where is that rat! (But for sure is not our beloved ratsy2 though )

I'll fall asleep with most point and clicks (unless the story is really interesting). Hidden Objects are by far the worst for me I will just click a few areas and close it altogether without even wanting to play it ever again. So I really admire those who can play Hidden Objects.
