Well how absurd are the levels? I joined AWA this year and I am already level 26. And I really did nothing special... just logging in every day & the daily quest.

Are you referring to steam quests? You want 25 points without actually installing/playing the games?
Use SAM (steam achievement manager).
And you can only use it for the games you have or the ones that are free.

I use it mainly for farming trading cards. It does that by telling Steam it is playing the game!
But you can simply command it to play a game. Destiny 2 for example plays with: "play 1085660".
