Banned by Steam (or delisted). You can probably find something on Barter that explains it. What was the game ?

A lot of games that come from the pool that Indiegala uses for the challenges were in bundles 5-10 years ago. Look at all those bundles and see how much games you recognize : Indiegala : Indie Gala X (11 bundles). So after all those years, some games have been banned, or delisted, and don't appear anymore on Steam, but the keys still work.

I recognize almost all titles! Most bundles have good titles (meaning good reviews on Steam), but would be considered pricey nowadays.
(PS must say I keep a record of all titles on level 0 so I can more easily choose in the giveaways.)
