I've only played 4 times.

1st time: played on mobile. won a steam key (dirt 2)
2nd time: I played on pc (firefox). Game froze then said I didnt have OpenGL installed (incorrect.) closed out of browser
3 and 4: went back to mobile, won both games. now getting Inconsistent Data Detected on both. Does not finalize your win or receive prize.

so now I'm here. have only been able to complete once

did dirt 2 work?thats pretty rare

Won another earlier and stopped for a while to do some cleaning, checked my email a few minutes ago and saw I got an email for each of the four keys I won saying I received them and a link to my account. I clicked on it and they are still not there.
I looked around the threads here and saw some people having the same problem and most of them seem to have been resolved by just waiting, so I'll give it a day or so and see. They're probably a bit crushed with problems to resolve it being Christmas and all.

Ok, remember how with 10 wins with a -3 malus it says Inconsistent data?
It's the same with 5 wins at -7 malus.
There's a cap for every malus it seems.

Let's see... I got inconsistent data a couple of days ago on my 8th win at -3 malus (played two more times and got a working 8th win) and yesterday I had it on my 2nd win at -5 malus. Both times happened on hoeing challenge.

A good test would be to get all the malus reductions and how the challenges behave, unless I've miscounted it should be totally possible to win 23 out of 24 times with current game speed, but unfortunately current bundles don't spark joy in me.

Well I guess it's about that
First two days both the 10th wins were on hoeing, both two days with the -7 malus were the 5th win on hoeing.
I think they know it's the easiest so when a certain malus is reached they don't let you win there I guess.

Is your Steam account linked to your IG account? And is your Steam profile set to public?

Is it just me or are the challenges slower today? Still very much faster than before the holiday speed-up but a bit slower than yesterday. As an example I became about 3s slower in watering and picking and about 5s slower in hoeing. Maybe IG plans to keep the faster pace for longer and decided to rebalance the challenges a bit?

Was going to ask if something got changed as well.
With the recent holiday speed up I was able to win the picking challenge with 14s malus, winning a third key.
Wasn't able to do it today in three separate attempts.

you have to have everything set to public. if groups are hidden from private tab view, it will not credit you

I made a purchase and also had positive feedback. So the malus multiplier was 3. So on my 10th win, I had 27s malus or 33s remaining. One can also make a bundle purchase. In this case, if you stack all of them, the malus multiplier would be 1s.

To get positive feedback, you need to do a giveaway. Whenever I win an extra key for a game I already own from feudalife challenge, I do a giveaway with it. There is a separate section for giveaway.

All you can do is report them as duplicate here. According to their docs, Indigala used to replace duplicate keys, but because some people abused this by asking for replacement for valid keys, they discontinued this policy.

It seems challenges are back to normal speed but they have kept the 1 sec higher base malus. Not a good tradeoff.
