Has any IG staff acknowledged there's a problem? Are any reading this?

Not really. For example, there is an old error when the challenge is closed and it says "not enough gala silver". Even though we don't need gala silver to play challenges. That feels like a really easy fix compared to the server issues.

I tried in a different browser. Still stuck at fetching user data. At this point, it would be easier to just give me the user data and I would type in to start the challenge.

Sometimes I've managed to get past that just by reloading the page a few times.
