OK... Let's say you're a new user. How would you know about that link? Answer: you wouldn't.
You'd either use Play -> Challenges on the homepage (which is a bad choice and one of many IG omissions) or you would (and you should) use the clickable "Win a FREE Steram key" that will get you to that web address you posted.

Got you now. But the wording you used feels kinda confusing to me, cause there is a direct link to that page, but it doesn't matter now.
