An hour!? You're way too patient. If it shows "Fetching user data for over a minute", it's never going to work - just reload the page and hope to get the "Challenge" button.

Hi, is there any known bug that if Massive gameplay giveaway ends while I'm playing a challenge and I win, I don't receive a key? Happened to me today, played like 8 or so challanges, on the last one I got the "pick 40 saplings" and I completed 42/40 but instead of the "Incredible you won" screen I got something else (forgot to take screenshot) and apparently I didn't get the key because while I was playing the last challange, the Giveaway has ended while I was still completing it. Should I wait, Will the key appear eventually or not? Thanks to anybody replying

Hi. In my case it was following result for today's mining challenge:

The Massive Gameplay Giveaway ended after some time. There was no reward in this case.

I'm in Eastern Europe and haven't seen it since Friday (August 7th). So I'm sitting on all my positive giveaway feedback I've received and can't use it well too but, hope it comes back in my timezone soon

Western Europe for me, and yes, nothing since around the same time.

Seems we wished it into existence lol. Good thing it happens at different hours tho, I imagine someone who's timezone is like 8 hours ahead of us would be quite mad if they always happened at 7pm CEST.

As a side note, I won an indie game in Gameplay Giveaway today which was on my Steam WISHLIST! Thanks Indiegala, that made my day.

Did you guys ever won a gold key , I won over 50 keys but most of them are games like Dungeon Crawlers or Blockstorm or duplicates of that game

I don't know which games belong to which tier, but I've won some neat games like Zeno Clash 2, Riddled Corpses or Tropico 4 (though I think I won that one before introduction of tiers), but I guess my biggest win with current challenge system would be Europa Universalis IV Extreme Edition.

Thanks! It was "Game Corp DX", really small game that costs like 2 Euros, but I really wanted it, was on my wishlist for a while, I love small simulation games.

I have won 32 games so far, I'm guessing all of them are the lowest tier but still, it's free, the challenges are fun for me to kill time with and some of the small indie games are actually gems too!

"The first match you play has 97% chances of winnning tier 1 prize, 2% chances of winning tier 2 prize 1% chances of winning tier 3 prize.
Each additional challenge you win increases winning percentages of tiers 2 and 3 multiplying it by number of keys won in the 24 hours and reducing winning percentage of a tier 1 prize. "

So you need to win approx 100 games to win a "gold" key (I say approx, because the chances are multiplied etc. but generally speaking every 100 wins should be a Tier 3 game).

A small correction: "win 100 games in a day"
It's not stated in the rules explicitly, but I'm fairly sure accumulated chances reset every 24 hours just like malus does. Otherwise I'd have a lot more possible tier 3 wins than just Europa Universalis IV Extreme Edition.
Although we don't actually know what games are in tier 3, so perhaps Riddled Corpses, Highrise Heroes: Word Challenge and Swapperoo also count. Also we don't know if tier 3 chances actually go up to 100%, we are given examples of how tier 1 chances go down, but we aren't told that tiers 1 and 2 probability can go down to zero.

Never managed to win more than 5 in a day xD, so fingers crossed for that 1 %

In a DAY? How so? If I for example ONLY win 1 key every time the giveaway is open, then every hundreth day (or hundreth won challenge) I should get a tier 3 game, regardless of chance accumulation no? Am I missing something? Like if I only win 1 key everytime, my chance is 1% permanently, so every hundreth key should be AAA title? That's how I thought it works.

EDIT: nevermind, I just did the math and turns out I was wrong and you were right. You need to win approx 460 keys for ONE OF THEM to be guaranteed (like 99.99 % sure) to be AAA title. sorry to have mislead anybody, my bad.

Yeah, seemed that way to me. They opened at roughly 18:35 local time and at 19:35 they were already closed, so I'm guessing less than an hour.

Ahahahah that's a very bad map indeed, and i think there are more of them lately, and also challenges opening only for an hour or less.

About the AAA and tiers, i feel like i have never won an AAA game, and i should have won a few as i win between 4 and 6 keys everytime i manage to play (6 when extremely lucky with the maps and with positive reviews before). But maybe some games i won are considered AAA ? The most expensive i won is "On Earth as it is in Heaven" at 16 euros, which looks extremely bad (and has only 1 review), but i can't see this as a AAA as none of the others i won...

Everything went fine for me yesterday, maybe it only affected certain people (like the quiz bug with false negatives)?
