I tried the challenge but it didn't load it. it got stuck on loading. and refreshing the page does not work

Do you see any text on loading ( like for example 'fetching user data...' ) ?

Are you on Chrome?
Have you disabled ad blocker or any javascript blocker?
Can you post a screenshot?

The Rock challange is nearly impossible to beat, you must have a good RNG of the brown rocks, the best I goted here was 14/15 with 2 sec left for the 15 rock wich was impossible to get, the archer one is a bit of rng as well, since you can get like 1 archer spawned then nothing for like 20 sec, then 3-4 archers just randomly come at you, as for the harvest I nearly goted it you go 8X2 arround watering once and moving on in a so called "circle", the problem I goted here was, when I water the last crop the timer goes to 0 I get the gold win and at the 0 the 15/16 grown turns to 16/16, cause the animations take a bit, so yeah a bit buggy :S

you should see them at prize 0, prize 1, prize 2, oh and also if you have won more of them it isn't necessary that they will be shown in order, check the latest date of won keys, you should find them there. Well at least I did had like won 3 then the next day won 2 and they were in the prize 1 and prize 2, while the other two got shifted down to prize 3 , 4. Hope it helps a bit :S

Hi, I'm not sure how these forums work but I'm quoting you so hopefully you get a notification of this.

The archer game seems very broken to me. I've played it 3 times today and I've only had a maximum of 5 archers actually spawn in my challenge game. I'm there walking around for quite a lot of time just waiting for them to spawn. It wasn't like this on day 1, any idea what it could be? Wasted quite a few attempts at keys because of this

Archer challenge is broken. They do spawn from all sides but seem to get stuck outside of the screen when coming from left/right.

Игра постоянно "зависала" - это не "критично" - но замедляет "игру") !!!

Ключ не "получил" - это все равно что у всех наших пенсионеров !!!
Буду откладывать - как бы не стоила "интересная" для меня, игра !!!

Usually keys appear immediately, but once it took around 10 minutes for me. Have you checked again?

Yes, it's been 2 hours now and nothing =/
The email only sends me to the account so I can't claim it from the link there, sadly.

EDIT: Oh, I checked all numbers and for some reason the newest one was number 1 and not 4

Oh yeah, the list reorders all the time. Thankfully you can just look at the timestamps to find the right one, but I wish they were just ordered chronologically.

I like the idea but i don't like the execution tbh. Hammering the right mouse button in every "challenge" just isnt fun imho. :/

Tried to do the archer challenge there were not enough archer spawned.

archer challange is buged a bit, the left and right corner they get stuck, so just go to the edge off them and kill them.

My problem is I've goted now a third key, wich was already used by some one(duplicate)

Send a message to support team, they've sent me a working replacement very quickly

Not sure if this is intended but when it is open (now) i can play several times, is it ok? Guess the limit is your gala silver?

Also, i confirm what others said, the mine rocks, the crops and the trees, are either too difficult or cannot figure out how to do correctly.

Seems that older PC's can't even run it (especially without a dedicated gpu), a bit surprising considering its visuals don't look intensive. Either way is it me or is there a limit on how fast you can do things, I'm pretty confident on my mouse mashing ability but the character barely seems to go really slow.
