Wait a few more minutes then after the malus reset try again to see if this problem persists.

same. i got won challenge and received a correct message kind of "astonishing! blah blah blah" but didn't get a gift link in my profile. and now i have mallus ofc. i wonder how this challenge system is developed perfectly to not give away. you always get errors and all different kind of cancer when its all about key receiving and it never affects to mallus that works perfectly fine.
