It just wasn't open for couple of days now, Idk what's going on, but hopefully we'll get an update from staff soon
Thank you! It's fine then, just wanted to be sure it's not my bad luck. Maybe devs are just working on some update, like removing those fancy error messages from the king that everyone here love so much.

I think the "Fetching user data" it's, for some bizarre reason, a hardware problem.

A few months ago I had the opportunity to buy a new computer and I can get the challenges to run smoothly there. If I use my old laptop I have to refresh the page until I get them to work, so that makes me assume there is a really poor optimization here.

i've received that all-known 27-numbered key again..
it would be much appreciated if some IG staff explained what this key means. maybe its extremely useful but nobody in entire world doesn't know that?
nobody knows. could be software key, or defunct platform desura.
whatever it is, it has no use.

I like a good mystery, so I did some searching. From what I could find, it looks like Desura keys were 25 characters, so that's probably not it.

Some old posts here mentioned that the keys were for Microsoft Office 2010 or 2011. I'd say that's the most likely scenario, or at least the best guess we're going to have unless we get some official word. From searching, it seems like 27-character keys are somewhat uncommon, and Microsoft Office was really the only thing that kept popping up in search results.

Basically, if you bought discless Microsoft Office back in the day, you were given a 27-character PIN that was activated upon purchase. You would then redeem that PIN online to get a 25-character key that was used to activate the product. Seems like a lot of steps, but it was done to prevent theft. Did IndieGala ever sell computer software like Microsoft Office?

yes, indeed. thats absolutely useless key. i've tried to express some sort of sarcasm.
but anyway i'm curious what is it exactly and why it appears as gift in challenge all the time. i got this code 3 or 4 times for last 2 months
