Why everyone keeps reminding me that it's FOR FREE?...
And no, I want it just work properly, not w/o malus, not with some AAA games or something - Just Working Properly, as well as the site itself.
Is it TOO MUCH to ask? o0

Wait, so this massage meant that all the other time Feuda Challenge will give errors and will glitching like a b*tch, not that the Challenge will be just closed? o0 That wasn't obvious to me. Hell, it CAN'T be obvious to ANYONE!

You are clearly on a flawed side, and I don't get it at all.
If you create something (site, for example) it, of course, can go through some errors and mistakes, but it's obviously not good things.
Also, I can only point finger at some circumstances, not the person, obviously.
Again, the problem is not that I'm not winning in Feuda Challenge but that I can't even play it 'cause of some silly errors.

Oh that sucks it worked fine about an hour ago.
I've noticed that this problem seems to magically fix itself at reset.
So if you're gonna be able to play 2 hours 25 minutes from now and if the challenges aren't closed by then, and IF the daily reset affects the game page as I expect, you might be able to play... That's a lot of ifs, huh?

they don't owe you anything. are you even a paying customer? it costs money to run the site.
i agree, it reflects poorly on the business image. that's another matter.
but they don't owe you working keys, or 24/7 support, or anything else.
take it, or leave it. that's the real cost of free.

Come on, that an overly generous evaluation. Sure, the "reaching server" and "inconsistency" error messages have been quite rare since mid-August, but the timer is still utterly broken, the game page not loading, the fact that while the challenge is offline, it says you don't have enough credits to play instead of having a correct message for the occasion or hell, how about the fact that the game says "credits" when it should be "silver" and, except for several days more than two years ago, it never required credits to play! Even when they were actively updating the game they never bothered to fix one word.
Site has issues all over the place, they rarely get addressed and practically never in a timely manner, so IMHO it's completely reasonable to get frustrated and complain about glaring issues that never get fixed.

Fun fact: when I tried to buy something from ig with my actual money, I couldn't do it! The page wouldn't even load.
Out of curiosity I checked if I can use my credit card now and some payment processing page comes up successfully, but when I backed out of it, to see if I wanted to buy anything else, I saw that the game's price was deducted from my credits without a purchase actually taking place. This bug has been around for years!

Maybe let's not rag on people for complaining about genuine problems with the site? Sure missing out on some freebies is not a catastrophe, but we gotta admit the site is a mess, regardless of whether we're going for free or payed stuff.

You misunderstand. Nowhere did I discredit actual problems with the site. It's built on spaghetti code and has vulnerabilities that could cripple it if hit. What I said is, complaining about feudallife in specific... it's the last thing they'll divert any manpower to and don't owe any working codes or replacements.

I didn't misunderstand, I just believe that it's just as reasonable to complain about challenge not working properly, as it is about payment system problems. The problems with feudalife challenges are indicative of overall flawed state of the whole site. All of these issues paint a rather poor picture. To be honest, ever since the site design migration, I always kinda expected the site to just die suddenly. Sure it's been years since then and the site is still up, but the feeling never really went away.

facebook/twitter and all other stuff is also FREE, but those working FAR better than IG.

They are not so wrong... because in the wallet settings there is an option to convert credits to silver. I don't know what terrible person has used it at least once, but it is there.
As for problems with the site... are there any? Yes, there are problems. Is there anything to say about them? Yes, there is something to say.
But will they be heard when it's rhetoric like "I want everything here and now, and where are my Steam keys?". I doubt it very much.

That message is wrong on every level. You need galasilver to play, not galacredits, it's beside the point that you can convert credits to galasilver. Also they should really have a separate message for when the challenges are closed. 99% of the time when people see that message it's because of the challenges being closed and not because of the user being out of galasilver. That message is especially needed as many seem to not know of the gameplay giveaway page where you can check the status. It's a bit weird as a design choice that the link on the main page takes you through that but if you go to the challenges from the menu it's skipped.
