Because of issue mentioned above, I didn't get steam keys from two challenges.

Twice the same:
1. Can't load game.
2. Finally it's available.
3. Play a challenge and win.
4. After time passes out, nothing happens.
5. I want to try once more, so I refresh the page.
6. Oh, challenges are not being loaded again.
7. Oh, but it still took my GalaSilver, thanks.

I would also like to ask, if malus is the only way you use to make challenges harder after each win. Because I suspect that timer runs faster too. Most of the time with no time reduction I win some challenges MUCH over requirements, but if time is reduced, I am not even close - even if my performance is equal or better.

The third day is a blank page after clicking on Play.

why is no one dealing with problems? Why the administration doesn't care about how their website and challenge work...picking up the damn key is a task harder than life's problems.

The most fresh result from one of the challenges.

When I have 60 seconds for challenge, I am able to crush 18 rocks (7 hits each). So in theory, with 52 seconds I should be able to get 15.6, so 15 rocks and a little time to neutralize missclicks. Remember that in this challenge you only have to get 14. In practice, with any malus I am barely able to have 11-12/14, even if layout is perfect (brown rocks near each other, without need of running from one group to another).

Yeah. Such situation repeats all the time. First I thought that it's just my luck, but I've played too much and my calculations confirm that. I have also a theory that reducing malus does not prevent it, but I wasn't able to measure it yet, because using silver for reducing it is for now not effective, at least for my account (I pay, I get a message that malus was reduced successfully, but after that it's back the same, except posessed silver amount).

And I wouldn't have problem with "one day, one free Steam key" rule. But this should be transparent. You think that penalty is too low? Ok, fine, add even 5 more seconds. But let me decide if I want to participate or not with clear info. And if you give me some gala silver, let me make a decision based on clear rules how I want to spend it: on giveaways or challenges.

So if you've tried many times and were not able to win 2 steam keys per day - stop doing it. There's nothing wrong with you, but with the dishonest owners. Play once, win one key, spend rest silver on giveaways. Low chance to win (+risk that key is invalid), but still it's better than that.

EDIT:
Oh, so that's another bug - seems that not only me noticed that:

Check the last page of "Feudalife Challenges - Rules"

what the hell? that's not sounds very nice on the IG's behalf :cautious:

At least you get some GalaCredit (0.01) if you almost win (for like 45/60 or 6/8).

*have read it*
hmm....interesting. And no one tries to get the clock working properly for more than a month. Neat.

It's a well known fact among regulars that the clock runs 20% slower than normal before your first win, then 10% faster than normal after your first win and 20% faster after your second win. You actually have 72 seconds to win your first key. For your second key if by the timer you have 52s then you actually have 10% less, so about 47s. This setup made it extremely easy to win a key even for newcomers. Problem is that there is a huge chasm now in difficulty between the first and second win. It's been like this since January. It has nothing to do with the malus reduction you can purchase for 50 galasilver.

If you practice in time you'll be able to win a second (and later even a third) key reliably. When you get better you should aim to play with 5s malus per win. You can decrease your malus per win to 7s by linking your Steam account on IG and joining Indiegala's Steam group. And then further decrease it by 2s to a total of 5s for 24 hours by getting positive feedback on a giveaway you started. With 5s malus per win it's possible to win 4 keys per day.

And I wouldn't really classify this clock issue as a bug. More like an unannounced and underhanded design choice. It seems to have been introduced deliberately to make the first win easier but additional ones harder. But it just feels stupid that they did this by screwing with the clock.

And you don't see that manipulating length of second is at least weird? Second is second, not 1.1 of regular second nor 0.8 sec nor anything like that.

Heresy is heresy, unofficial knowledge and accepting it does not make it non-heresy.

The website likes to add Gala to many words, like Gala-coins or Gala-silver. So why don't you introduce Gala-second unit? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

in theory, but for the most people who aren't tryhards it's not a possibility o_O
also the fact that you have 72 seconds while you've been told that you have 60 seconds just doesn't sound right/good.
like the previous poster said:
this should be transparent

I have a problem, i got a duplicated Key in Feudalife challenge, in the FAQ say the replacement are granted, if the giveaway is garanteed (i don't know if Feudalife challenge is garanteed giveaway).

It's not guaranteed and they don't replace dupes from Feudalife. About 10-15% of keys are dupes so you'll run into them from time to time. As far as I know the only thing they do help with is if you don't get a key but only a 'NODATAFOUND' message for your win in the G. Giveaway tab of your Library. You'll get a replacement key for that.

Not sure why they don't just adjust the allotted time and the malus penalty as needed. It would be a lot more transparent and less misleading than speeding up/slowing down the seconds counter.
