So I just won a key (first time playing Challenge since June, lmao) - it's a long key, but for some reason three of the last six characters are straight up missing, meaning I can't redeem it on Steam.

I've censored the key in case that it does end up working if there is any fix, but:

Has this happened before to anyone else? And is there any fix, or should I just contact the support to get a new key?

This is the oldest mystery of the feudalife challenges, nobody ever figured those keys out. I asked support, they never found an answer. Just trash it.

Has something changed with giveaway feedback? I had a positive one but never saw reduction around the time received. Maybe I did miss it, but, I have one still showing no feedback and it's into 4 days since it ended. I thought 3 days was the limit.

It's between 3 and 4 days, but nobody knows the exact rule.

Automatic feedback is awarded around 11:40 UTC daily for giveaways that finished at least 3 days before.

Unrelated question: Indiegala is an Italian company so why are the giveaways always closed during the day and open nightly by European time lately? It's really annoying. I can barely play because they usually close it by the time I get to the computer on the morning.

It's more or less random. Or at least there is no obvious rule to it. Also it opened up yesterday around 19:00 UTC / 21:00 CE(S)T and closed today around 08:30 UTC / 10:30 CE(S)T. That's 13.5 hours.

It's random but they tend to fall into rather clear patterns for periods. I hope they'll move away from the current one. And yes, today they closed it later but usually it's not open by morning in Europe.

what is annoying for you is good in some other place. I find many times it was closed during my daily routine on the other side of the world. I think they want to vary the time for all people.
