They have to be aware that this is happening. Why keep the game open only for more and more people to win NODATAFOUND? It's only making more work for them if they do the right thing and have to give everyone replacement keys.

Just shut it down, organize a solution, rectify the problem, then re-open again.

For now, I just e-mailed support about it, but I'm not expecting a speedy response. I imagine they are slammed with this issue right now.

I'm still waiting for my support tickets to be answered. Did y'all send tickets too? Might help the issue get better visibility, since IG hasn't even issued an announcement about it.

at least four of us (me included) have already done it.
at least one even got a reply and had his tickets exchanged.
