I sent an e-mail to support about 2 days ago and have not received any response yet, even in Spam folder. I imagine they're slammed, but it seems a lot of people got responses so I hope I didn't get overlooked!

Today I checked 5 keys won between 19th and 20th october, I had same problems NODATAFOUND. I sent a ticket to the support. I hope they will solve the problem.

My keys from oct.19 was NODATAFOUND (timestamp in library 2:40 PM) but i talked with my local friend and the keys from oct.19 (1:10 PM) is ok, revealed today. So the problem started somewhere in between I'm not sure exactly what time they show in the profile!
And yes, maybe no one is answering because today is a non-working day and even support needs a rest?

Got the replacements for the 2 remainder keys that got corrupted. Remember to check spam if you sent a ticket, for some reason it always falls on spam, even when I told the mail it's not spam.

I think, the overall issue is PRETTY MUCH OBVIOUS when you have so many users asking for help 'em)

what do you do when key says "NODATAFOUND" for a secret game won from feudalife Edit: seems like there is a code there now a day later lets see if its works?

Just got my key after 4 days of waiting [4.20PM, GMT+7], and yes Paula's mail was on Spam.

Also got 2 keys for Wandering in Space among the 4 replacements.
The other 2 were 1 for Mind Spheres and 1 for Shadwen (never heard of the latter, but looks interesting by the Steam page).

Now, what I find weird is that, after the 2nd day of NODATAFOUND keys from FGG, I wasn't able to play any more rounds (error message being I don't have enough GalaSilver, while I have all the 240 possible), and this issue persists until today. Anyone else has had that issue, or you're able to play it normally?

Because it's currently paused, maybe to solve all of this NODATAFOUND issues.

If you're going straight to Feudalife Challenges! (indiegala.com) page when the Gameplay Giveaway is paused, it'll give the error notice that you mentioned, you won't get any error when it's available.

I did get my two replacement keys last night. As someone mentioned, I think the weekend probably slowed down progress on this. But if you didn't get any response yet, hang in there! And definitely keep checking your spam, because that's where mine was delivered.

1) usually you want to use this link to check if Feuda Challenge is working and not this.
2) yeah, I think all of us has the same issue for like three days in a row.

well i did get some of the keys,two ended up dupe(indiegala things what can you) and still waiting for the other two

Ok, one key came after this in a new message, but in my ticket I wrote about three, gave a screenshot of three wins and gave three links to gift links with errors. I hope they confused something. I wrote to them in response to my question.
And which keys did you have that did not work? Was there The Uncertain among them?

cant really find the first that didnt work right,ill try to find it later but the second game is called Pineview Drive
edit:found the first game its called Wandering in space for Beta Testing

Has the challenges opened in the last couple days? I didn't catch it open since the NODATAFOUND thing, I always used to catch it between 9AM to 11AM (GMT-3:00)
