Seems to be working fine for me now.

Is it possible to win with a 7s malus? It seems doable on the watering and the rock challenges if you make no mistakes, but the controls/positioning are so imprecise.

Rock challenge can be won with 7s malus but it's very hard. Watering on the other hand is very easy at 7s if you get experienced with it. And it's worth practicing because it's part of the easiest route to win 3 keys in a single round. (2nd key on watering with +5 or +7 and 3rd key on hoeing with +10 or +14.)

try not to rush between sections, but to walk in rows, this way it will be easier to manage - you find the right row and go - one step, then one click, and so on until the end.

I was terrible at the challenges at the start. I don't play any games similar to this so it took quite some time to get better at it. At first I was worst in hoeing, archers and watering, too. The others are way more simple to get to an acceptable level in. If you keep at it you'll also improve over time. Sometimes it's incremental, sometimes you may get stuck at a certain performance for weeks then you'll improve a lot all of a sudden as it all clicks.

-v- gave you great advice on how to improve on hoeing for example. Once you get comfortable with hoeing in a straight line you can switch to more complex movement patterns and shave another few seconds off.

For watering just stand between two plants and water left and right 4x each. Then go down another row and repeat. The real experts do the first watering downwards when going to a new pair but it's not needed. You can comfortably finish with 7s malus with the basic left-right action. The downward watering might shave 1-2 seconds off altogether but makes the movement pattern quite a bit more complicated.

Today I checked 5 keys won between 19th and 20th october, I had same problems NODATAFOUND. I sent a ticket to the support. I hope they will solve the problem.

I emailed them two separated times and they answered both of them in about 12 hours, the exact same e-mail format from "Paula". Both times the emails got sent to the Spam folder (gmail)

Today she replied me in private, she said they didn't receive any mail, but I'm sure I sent her, anyway she said she will send me keys I missed.

I was late to the party (the challenge I mean) by a mere minute.
I literally have seen green button, run to the neighbor's pc, put it up and...it was closed again
Maybe even seconds and not minute...(
