Removing 1 second costs 50 iS, so removing 4 seconds costs exactly 200 iS. Playing the game costs 10 iS. There is nothing to report here other than either your math is off or you didn't pay attention and tried to spend more than you had.

What are you talking about? I am saying that I spent 200 iS to remove 4 seconds in total. There is no problem here. The problem is when I started the new challenge with reduced malus, after 1 second of playing the game showed me an error saying that I don't have enough credits and closed the game. I couldn't even try my chance to play the game with reduced malus and my 200 is wasted. I don't care about 10iS to start the challenge.

Edit: I had 217 iS before all of these. If I had less than 210 iS I couldn't even start the challenge. wtf!

That is not what you described in your original post. In that case contact support via mail. And make sure to describe it thoroughly so they get the whole picture at once.

btw, previously IG replaced ANY duplicate key but because of some stupid assholes users abused this system we now have replacement ONLY for NODATAFOUND keys, so you're DOUBLE wrong.

Just for clarify - I got a duplicated Steam key 15 minutes ago, so there's no need to write to support - they won't do anything about it?

Exactly, so there's absolutely no need to make a fuss about having lost 10 iS, which they got for free in the first place, to an error.

And to repeat and be clear: I am fine with asking them to fix the errors in general. I would appreciate that as well. I just think it's ridiculous to complain about having "lost" 10 iS, which they got for free in the first place, and implying being owed a reimbursement, especially after successfully having won a free game key in their second try.

I have to agree with this, kudos to you.
If you got an error related to the server just wait several minutes, you're not the only one playing this for free key, such error is perfectly understandable given the number of players playing this.
At least we don't have NODATAFOUND error anymore.

I got 8 errors in a row. It's probably better to wait a bit.

But the challenge has been open for 3 hours without interruption, starting shortly before they posted their issue, so that shouldn't have happened in this case. Unless it was closed for mere seconds at that moment and reopened right after that.

1) Karens aren't stupid. Karens are notorious complainers about even the smallest things thinking they're owed a reimbursement even for stuff they got for free (like you did about the 10 iS), wanting to speak to the manager (like you did when adding @paula to your post) and threatening to report their "case" to someone (like you did with me). And they love to be offended by everything but especially by being called out for their behaviour (do I have to spell it out again?).

2) Yeah, about as innocent of a question as when the Mafia asks you "What a nice xxx you got there. You wouldn't want something to happen to it, right?".

But you have the incredible advantage to be able to avoid arrows like Neo avoids bullets.
