This used to happen to me as well. As a result, I no longer use Chrome for the challenge. You should use a lightweight browser for a smooth experience, e.g., Brave, Edge or Opera.

I'm more concerned right about WHEN IT WILL WORK AT ALL TODAY?!?!?!?!?
Like...I'm not sleeping for almost 20 hours and for 16 hours of that amount Gameplay Giveaway simply closed for everyone((
I want to go to sleep, but I'm afraid that I miss my two keys((...

Calm down, I'm a fellow user. 😁
A more accurate message should have been "Open now!", since we know that it's inconsistent.
For me, it worked the first time only. After that, errors only.
I'm using Brave browser (but it shouldn't make a difference).

I'm doing kinda fine, 4 keys + 2 errors + 1 failure (ofc it was fighting).

A few tips that I will give:

1) DO NOT change tabs as soon as you complete the challenge, wait for the message (either error or challenge over). I definitely used to get errors like this even if everything is working properly. Now it isn't related to that, server isn't working fine, just a general note, be patient and wait for a minute after you're done.

2) If you're waiting for a minute or two and no message appears (no error, no challenge over), check your library. Sometimes you receive your key in gameplay giveaway list, it happened to me twice today. If you get the error message, unfortunately it's probably a dud.

I changed Opera to Brave and won the first key, but on the second try I got an error again.

3) I'm f*cked...14 malus... o0 funny enought it gave me an error on the third challenge and haven't took my silver, but it took it on the next one and still gave me an error..(( and then again...(( and then no errors, but...oh well, 14 malus is too much for me, I guess 😣

There are multiple possibilities, including:
  1. Being a genuine experienced player
  2. Using giveaways/store purchases to decrease malus
  3. Inspect Element
  4. Cheating
Edit: I am in no way accusing anyone of anything. This is just meant as a clarification for new members.

Pretty sure you're the one who's caps lock yelling in here so I suggest you to chill instead. I'm on this forum from the day I could barely win one key to now where I've done each challenge 50 times over to the point I got enough practice to win 2-4 keys every day. Point 2) of the person above is the one, my maluses on these wins were 5s/10s/15s because I made a giveaway which got positive feedback this morning. If anyone feels like checking my account out, be my guest.

@Dantefromhell89 hey, 51/60 ain't bad, now isn't the time to give up! If you have 51/60 on 14s, that means you are very close to getting 3rd key on 10s.
